Virtual webcast
This solution allows you to share a platform with multiple speakers. The speakers can join from any location via the internet. Once speakers join COACT’s video conferencing setup, we fetch the speaker’s audio-visual input onto our streaming device. The virtual conference will then be available for your viewers via just a click: secure, easy to use, unlimited viewership, no downloads and with minimal use of bandwidth.
At the end of the event, an analytics report is shared, for clarity on viewer activity throughout the event, data on the most-watched videos, popular chat forums with maximum interactions and more.

A customised microsite and landing page will be available for your viewer. Once they log in they can access the conference agenda, information on the keynote speakers, helpdesk, list of speakers and any other details you wish to provide them. There are two options on the platform: the Exhibit hall and the Auditorium.
At the exhibit hall, attendees can browse through and experience the exhibitor’s “stalls” virtually, and connect with them as a result.
In the auditorium setup, they can witness various event speakers and interact with them online. All this, without having to worry about travel, accommodation or the perfect event shoes!
